A EU-funded project, Soccerlingua.net is a website ‘to promote language learning among young football fans. This site contains games and activities to make language learning fun. We hope football can be a window to new cultures and friendships for young people all around the world.’ A great way to generate informal interest in languages and motivate interacting in the language based on learners’ interests.
