From the IALLT list:
The Autonomous Language Learning (ALL) project has developed Blended
Learning language courses in four European languages (Turkish, Romanian,
Bulgarian and Lithuanian). These courses are now ready for use! Much more
information about the courses and how you can access them can be found on
the project website at: http://www.allproject.info/
The courses are designed to be used within existing language schools and
institutions. The complete courses with teacher, student and technical
guides will allow you to offer additional languages or improve your existing
courses.
Blended Learning language courses provide the best of the online and offline
worlds; online that allows flexibility and dynamism and offline (in face to
face sessions) that allow the support of tutors and the motivation of a
group of students.
The project will be major collaborators in the CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION TO
PROMOTE MULTILUNGUALISM AND INTERCULTURAL DIALOGUE conference in Iasi,
Romania in collaboration with the EU TOOL project that has also made blended
language courses. The conference will be held on the 25th and 26th of June,
2009 . We would be very happy to welcome you to the conference, please
contact andreea.cleminte@euroed.ro for further information about the
conference.
